Vacaville Homebuyer Education Program

The City of Vacaville Housing Counseling Center is offering a Home Buyer Education Learning Program (HELP) at McBride Senior Center. The program is offered by a HUD certified Agency, which includes guest presenters and is anticipated to be a full day. Registration is required!

Topics covered include:

• Readiness & preparation
• FHA financing
• Fair lending & predatory lending
• Purchase procedures & closing costs
• Home inspections
