Accused Vacaville Oral Surgeon Gets Licensed in Idaho

Dr. David Webb was an oral surgeon with a practice on Alamo Drive in Vacaville. That was – until 2022 when numerous allegations of sexual assault and molestation arose. He is set to stand trial in May of this year, but KCRA 3 just reported he recently became licensed to practice oral surgery in Idaho.

The following KCRA 3 report explains the history of Webb’s alleged abuses and some of the restrictions on Webb’s license in Idaho.

Dr. David Webb’s practice in Vacaville was named “Northern California Facial and Oral Surgery” and is now closed.

The KCRA 3 report included statements from an Idaho Board of Dentistry representative that the board can not prevent the issuance of a license to Webb before he is convicted of the charges. He was issued a “Special Status” license which expires in September of this year.

The license contains restrictions, including that another adult be present while he is practicing. It was issued in February of this year.
